Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Project Manager to lead our construction team in Geelong/West. This pivotal role will involve managing and mentoring a team of 4–6 construction supervisors, fostering professional growth and high performance.

The successful candidate will monitor and update job status in real-time, adjusting forecasts and site start schedules to optimize resource allocation. They will also develop, track, and report on the regional budget, working closely with supervisors to maximize build efficiency.

The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring all warranty and progress claims are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner. The Senior Residential Project Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective partnerships with suppliers and trade contractors, acting as the primary escalation point for performance, quality, or delivery issues.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget targets and will possess strong financial acumen. They will also have exceptional relationship-building skills with suppliers, trades, clients, and internal teams.
