About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne, working on high-end residential projects from concept to completion.

As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of residential projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.

You will work closely with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to develop accurate cost estimates, prepare detailed quantity take-offs, and administer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse architectural plans, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate cost estimates for residential projects
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates across all relevant trades
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of residential projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track and control costs, and identify value engineering opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
About You

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum 5 years' experience in managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction to handover.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
