We're looking for a seasoned construction professional to lead our residential and retirement living projects. As Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, managing site-based teams, and ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple residential and retirement living construction projects
  • Manage site-based teams and subcontractors across various locations
  • Maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary targets
  • Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure strong compliance with safety procedures and site documentation
  • Report on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years' experience in a senior construction role within residential building
  • Previous involvement in retirement village or seniors living projects highly regarded
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of trade sequencing, build quality, and site safety
  • White Card, valid driver's license, and relevant qualifications
