Residential Project Manager

A seasoned professional is required to lead residential projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-end residential projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse architectural plans, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate cost estimates for residential projects.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates across all relevant trades.
- Administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements and variations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for value engineering.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably with exposure to estimating and/or contract administration.
- Proven experience managing residential projects from pre-construction to handover.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
