- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor.
- Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to spec.
- Trade background (preferably carpentry) with Cert IV in Building & Construction.
- Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
- Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver's licence with no restrictions.
