This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a thriving community as our Construction Site Leader. You will take full ownership of the project, leading a team of experienced professionals and ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About The Position

You will be the central point of contact for developers, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and keeping the project running smoothly and on schedule. Your leadership will directly impact the experience of our customers, helping them move into homes that are well-built, happy, healthy, and tailored to their lifestyle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of site managers across multiple projects
  • Oversee construction operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and trades
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Champion a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
About You
  • Proven experience in construction management or senior supervisory roles
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to specification
  • Trade background (preferably carpentry) with a Certificate IV in Building & Construction
  • Qualified Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid driver's licence with no restrictions
