Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is necessary.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences are required.
  • The ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues is essential.
  • This role requires working effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing workload efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach to work are necessary.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, First Aid, and CPR certification are also required.
