  • Greet guests in a friendly, hospitable manner
  • Efficiently and accurately handle guest check-ins/check-outs
  • Provide guests with information regarding the hotel, amenities, and area
  • Respond to guest calls and requests, employing problem resolution strategies and service recovery techniques as needed
  • Utilize hotel software and PMS to record guest information accurately

**Qualifications**: We seek candidates with good computer skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. A diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable, as is knowledge of Opera and experience in the Travel/Hotel industry.
