This position involves leading from the floor, building and managing a team, and ensuring that every guest interaction meets our company's values and directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the floor, dynamically assessing and fulfilling the needs of the business, team, and guests.">
  • Engage directly with team members to help them understand how their work contributes to the store's success.">
  • Implement the Store Manager's People strategy for the store and cascade it to team members using independent judgment.">

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods.">
  • Full-time position, 38 hours per week.">
