The Guest Experience Manager role is a vital part of the store leadership team, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience in our stores daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive team environment by fostering respect and empathy among team members to ensure a supportive, productive, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Lead from the floor to assess and meet business needs, team requirements, and guest expectations.
  • Engage with team members to help them understand how their work contributes to store success and lululemon's overall mission.
  • Implement the Store Manager's vision for the store and share it with team members using your independent judgment.
