Job Opportunity:
Guest Experience LeaderWe are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a respectful and inclusive environment, leading from the floor to assess and fulfill business needs, and engaging directly with team members to ensure their success.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Create and foster a supportive team culture that celebrates diversity and promotes productivity.
- Lead on-the-floor activities to drive business results and improve guest connections.
- Provide training and coaching to develop team members' skills and address performance gaps.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product delivery.
- Monitor and compare performance metrics against goals to identify areas for improvement.
