Guest Experience Specialist

This role is part of our Housekeeping team, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning, maintaining housekeeping trolleys, and ensuring impeccable standards.
Main Tasks:
- Provide a great first impression by cleaning all sections of the guest rooms.
- Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.
Apart from physical tasks, this role demands effective time management, attention to detail, and a warm communication style that makes guests feel at home.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in cleaning or room attending, be comfortable navigating internal and external staircases, and possess reliable transportation for varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
