About Our Guest Services Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences as a Guest Service Agent.
About the Position:
- Provide premium customer service and maintain strong relationships with guests, park teams, and stakeholders
- Offer quotes and availability to customers, respond to general inquiries via phone and email
- Process reservations, changes, and payments in accordance with company guidelines
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, settle their accounts, and provide valuable information about the resort and local areas of interest
- Liaise closely with all business areas to ensure seamless operations
- Sell third-party products and merchandise as required
About You:
- Previous experience in reservations and/or front office roles within the hospitality industry
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle financial transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
