This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the strategic and operational objectives of our medical imaging department by overseeing senior medical workforce functions, encompassing intricate rostering, recruitment, and administrative processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversight of senior medical workforce functions, including intricate rostering, recruitment, and administrative processes.
- Serving as a key liaison to the Director and leadership team to ensure continuity of service delivery, executive support, and team coordination within a dynamic clinical environment.
- Demonstration of effective interpersonal and communication skills with experience in negotiation, liaison, and conflict resolution, including success at building and maintaining relations with key stakeholders.
- Preparation of briefings, reports, and other documentation within a medical imaging environment.
- Prioritization of tasks for others and delegation to achieve work objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in negotiation, liaison, and conflict resolution, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
