Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

Be the trusted right-hand person to our CEO, driving strategic planning, operational support, and brand coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and discretion to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and peak performance windows
  • Track key business initiatives, keeping the CEO informed of deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Filter and manage inbound requests with tact and professionalism
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, decks, and talking points for high-stakes meetings
  • Maintain real-time visibility across high-priority initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics, travel, and expenses with efficiency and calm
  • Handle confidential documents and conversations with absolute discretion
  • Liaise with design and campaign teams to ensure brand integrity

About You:

You will need to have 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders or founders in high-growth industries. Experience in fashion, media, consulting, or brand strategy is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to manage executive operations, communications, project tracking, and aesthetics at a senior level. A self-starter with sharp initiative, you take ownership and move fast without needing direction. Mentally and emotionally resilient, you're steady under pressure, calm in chaos, and grounded in ambiguity.
