**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced medical operations coordinator to lead and support our team. As a key member, you will drive the improvement of internal administrative services and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline administrative workflows and develop new procedures, checklists, templates, and forms.
  • Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding, as well as developing and delivering role-based induction training programs.
  • Plan, publish, and coordinate changes to rosters and backfill roles as required.
  • Oversee team administrative activities, provide support, and resolve issues.
  • Coach and develop the skills, knowledge, and abilities of team members.
  • Act as an administrative liaison for doctors, practitioners, and midwives.
  • Update settings and maintain administrative IT systems.
  • Provide administrative reporting and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years supervisory experience in General Practice, Allied Health, or Specialist Medical Practice, with a strong understanding of medical protocols, practices, and terminology.

A strong knowledge of patient experience principles, practices, and techniques is also essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications, flow-charting, and medical software.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative team player attitude.
