Our client, a leading **steel roofing products supplier**, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Administrator** to join their team in Beresfield. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the coordination of order processing and deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals, by providing administrative support and maintaining a high level of organization.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
