Transformation Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Coordinator to join our team at Gippsland Water. This is a full-time, 19-month position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a suite of corporate change initiatives and projects, specifically the Integrated Enterprise Management System (IEMS). This project will replace four key technology services: Finance, Human Resources, Safety Management, and Enterprise Project Management.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with the business to plan and deliver corporate change initiatives and projects, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, department heads, and staff at all levels.
- Provide expert advice on change management, project management, and communications to ensure seamless transitions for staff onto new integrated technology platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential roadblocks, developing creative solutions to drive project success.
- Manage and monitor change-related activities, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; or equivalent experience in leading change and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and results-driven execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse groups, from C-level executives to front-line staff.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and manage competing priorities.
- A passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new approaches.
