**The role**
The Technical Support Analyst is accountable for providing a high level of service to end users of Gippsland Water’s corporate business systems, ensuring timely, accurate and proactive resolution to system issues and customer requests. They will help enable organisational transformation by supporting digital enhancement projects.
**What you’ll bring**
- 3-5 years’ experience in information technology or a similar role.
- Expertise in administration of corporate and enterprise business systems.
- Experience in technical support, business analysis and relational databases.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A sound understanding of project management and change management principles.
- A continuous commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Well-developed presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
