Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to partner with our business teams to deliver a suite of corporate change initiatives and projects, specifically the Integrated Enterprise Management System (IEMS).
This project will replace four key technology services: Finance, Human Resources, Safety Management, and Enterprise Project Management.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the success of major organisational changes by providing expert advice on change management, project management, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver value to customers through effective planning and execution of corporate change initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies that promote smooth transition and engagement.
- Manage and monitor change-related activities to ensure seamless adoption of new integrated technology platforms.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a stimulating work environment, you can expect flexible arrangements, including purchased leave, varied start and finish times, and accrued days off.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Skills to operate as a change lead for people on major corporate projects.
- A passion for and understanding of people and customer needs when delivering change.
- Experience as a project coordinator/lead for large scale projects.
- Ability to prepare and deliver project communications to a customer audience.
- Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
