**The role**

The Change Management Lead will deliver value to our customers by partnering with the business to plan and deliver a suite of corporate change initiatives and projects. This role is committed to leading continuous improvement in change management across the organisation.

The role contributes as a change lead, identifying and articulating the need for change, and facilitating change.

**What you’ll bring**
- Skills to operate as change lead for major corporate projects.
- Passion and understanding of people and customer needs when delivering change.
- Enthusiasm to promote and champion a recently launched Change Framework and Toolkit.
- Desire to educate and support the business in using the Change Framework and Toolkit.
- Experience as a project coordinator/lead for mid-size projects.
- Ability to prepare and deliver project communications to an internal customer audience.
- Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Desire to liaise and work with a wide range of stakeholders to enable and embed successful change.
- Great interpersonal skills to develop and maintain sound working relationships at all levels.
- A post-secondary qualification/s in business, HR, or related discipline or extensive experience in leading change.
