Job Overview

As a Workplace Services Coordinator at KPMG, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves coordinating various services to maintain a high level of service quality, including building security, print and mail services, workplace concierge, and general facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple platforms used to provide exceptional service to clients, including locker management, contractor management, and way-finding/space utilisation.
  • Maintain the integrity of access control and CCTV systems, including security pass management for staff and contractors.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service face-to-face at the Workplace Concierge Desk.
  • Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and process invoices.
  • Coordinate and schedule planned preventative maintenance and ad-hoc works.
  • Ensure KPMG's cleaning standards are maintained across the base build and tenant cleaning scope through regular collaboration with the cleaning contractor.
  • Contribute to a safe and compliant workplace by conducting OH&S inspections/audits and coordinating the emergency warden and First aid teams.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Hospitality and Digital Collaboration teams to provide an exceptional experience for internal and external clients.
  • Collect, open, sort, and deliver incoming mail and courier items.
  • Assist with digital printing jobs requested by the business.
  • Ensure operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a strong ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the commercial facilities environment (soft services).
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in professional services will be highly advantageous.
