About the Role

Officeworks Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategy Partner to join our high-performing Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed analysis of the internal and external environment using common strategic frameworks to inform strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Formulate strategies and solutions to grow and enhance profitability and improve customer experience.
  • Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand, evaluate and execute opportunities to grow the business.
  • Prepare and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive engagement and alignment.
About You

We are looking for a structured, logical thinker who uses a data-led approach to identify opportunities and solve complex business problems. You should have a bias for driving outcomes and be comfortable switching between blue-sky thinking and on-the-ground implementation.

In addition, you will have:

  • 4+ years of relevant industry and/or management consulting experience.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing board-level reports and presentations.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence key decision-makers.
