About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our strategy team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment to inform strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, enhance profitability, and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand, evaluate, and execute opportunities to grow the business.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops to drive engagement and alignment.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders through compelling presentations.
About You

We're looking for a structured, logical thinker with a data-led approach to identifying opportunities and solving complex business problems. You'll have a bias for driving outcomes and be comfortable switching between blue-sky thinking and on-the-ground implementation.

In addition, you'll have:

  • 4+ years of relevant industry and/or management consulting experience.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level reports and presentations.
  • Cross-functional engagement and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • High-level competency with MS Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
