The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. This role will report directly to the National Commercial Sales Manager and focus on new market channels, new core business, and supporting numerous Matrix customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build rapport and relationships within the health and fitness industry, primarily focusing on offering equipment solutions for health and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health and fitness industry
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of success
  • Experience in the health and fitness industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends
  • Passion for product and fitness, with a strong ability to communicate the value proposition to customers
  • Sales-driven and motivated towards targets and goals
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
