We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Analyst to drive growth and success within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp, commercially minded approach, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
The role involves analyzing our numbers, processes, and performance across e-commerce, wholesale, marketing, and supply chain. Key responsibilities include:
- Transforming data into actionable stories that inform business decisions.
- Developing financial models, forecasts, and ROI studies to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analysis into everyday operations.

The successful candidate will have:
