Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic growth initiatives and drive market expansion across new and existing client bases
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with clients, becoming their trusted industry advisor
- Develop and manage effective pricing strategies to optimise profitability
- Utilise CRM tools to track pipelines, customer data, and engagement insights
- Act as the vital link between engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams ensuring complete alignment with customer needs
Requirements:
- A seasoned sales or business development professional with experience in Precision Engineering, bonus if it's in Medical, Defence, or Aerospace
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, component standards, and project quoting
- Proven track record in growing customer bases and increasing revenue through strategic, solutions-focused selling
- Skilled in CRM tools, pipeline management, and client engagement
- A collaborative team player with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer success
