We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires defining and driving growth areas based on existing relationships, cloud expertise, and industry knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with strong communication skills, able to execute strategies effectively. We seek someone who has successfully navigated growth phases in mature start-ups, able to work autonomously while receiving support when needed.
- Identify and position new business opportunities in markets, customers, partnerships, or products and services.
- Create strategies for successful outreach to new business and vertical opportunities.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW CLIENTS AND DEVELOP PROPOSALS TO ADDRESS THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS.
- Critically evaluate plans to ensure project success.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and actively drive sales outcomes.
- Take ownership of opportunity processes and collaborate with sales and services teams to achieve success.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
- CLOSE ACTIVE PIPELINE AND ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
- Proven experience working in MSP environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outcome-focused mindset.
- Experience with methodologies like Sandler Selling System, Challenger Sale, or Solution Selling.
- Successful implementation of business development strategies.
- Excellent written skills for positioning commercial and technical solutions.
