Business Growth Specialist

Are you an ambitious professional with a passion for driving business growth?

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and forging strong relationships.

  • Expand our business through strategic partnerships and sales efforts
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support

This is a challenging role that requires a strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships. You will be working closely with our existing clients and identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the development of our business strategy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding or a related field
  • Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships
  • Solid time management and planning abilities
