Job Overview

: The ACT Government is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Technical Support Manager - ICT Expert. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for providing trusted technical support and advice on a range of client services and business applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic ICT solutions that meet their requirements.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership expertise, adaptability, and analytical thinking skills. You should have a proven track record of delivering agreed business outcomes and solutions while taking initiative and setting clear direction for team members.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

About the Role

:
  • This role requires a strong understanding of ICT systems and technologies, including Dynamics365 CRM platforms.
  • You will need to have expert-level knowledge of SQL capabilities and the ability to develop code in C# / Java Script.
  • Experience with Power Automate and its integration with Dynamics365 would be highly desirable.
