About the Role

Culture Amp is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our enterprise prospects to drive new business growth and revenue.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their complex pain points and challenges, and develop tailored solutions that align with their large-scale business objectives and long-term strategic goals. This role requires a strong ability to identify and self-source expansion opportunities, employ innovative strategies, and establish executive-level credibility with C-level executives and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise prospects and customers
  • Conduct needs analysis and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Present product demos and proposals to C-level executives and senior leaders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in customer sales with a focus on expansion-driven revenue targets
  • Proven experience in the SaaS space, particularly within HR Tech or related fields
  • Exceptional executive presence with polished presentation and communication skills
  • Strong ability to identify and self-source expansion opportunities
  • Experience building and navigating relationships within large enterprise environments
