Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Our Sales Development team plays a crucial role in building sales pipeline and nurturing top talent. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll have the opportunity to learn the Fintech software space from scratch and work alongside our world-class Sales team to cultivate new sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new sales-qualified opportunities through telephone and email communication with key decision-makers
- Delivering on key metrics, including call volume, frequency, and length, as well as email volume
- Conducting research to identify potential prospects and importing them into Salesforce.com for targeted outreach campaigns
- Familiarizing yourself with Accounts and Contacts to implement customized information for personalized communication
- Building and cultivating prospective relationships through follow-up communications and scheduling needs analysis calls and demonstrations
- Collaborating with Manager, Demand Generation, Sales Managers, and VPs of Sales and Marketing to develop and grow the sales pipeline
- Managing data on prospective clients in Salesforce.com and contributing to quarterly additions and omissions of ICP list based on direct communication and likelihood of winning business
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Experience with telephone sales calling techniques and etiquette within a professional B2B market
- Strong influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
