We are seeking Assistants in Nursing to join us at Coastal Waters Aged Care, located near Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast.

Our AINs provide high-quality care and recreational activities to residents. You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing care that meets individualised assessed care needs.
  • Ensuring care is delivered according to individualised care plans or as directed by Registered Nurses and/or Care Managers.
  • Reporting incidents promptly to Registered Nurses or Care Managers.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (current or completed).
  • At least 6 months' experience working as an AIN in residential aged care, home care or disability services (desired).
  • Up-to-date immunisation record including COVID booster.
  • Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families and all levels of staff.
