We are seeking experienced and qualified carers to provide high-quality care to our residents.

**Job Summary:**

As a Resident Care Professional, you will work within an experienced clinical team, reporting to the registered nurses. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with showering, dressing, eating, and other care as determined by the needs of the resident.
  • Provide residents with choice to live their daily life in a way that is special and unique to their physical and emotional needs.
  • Ensure care standards are upheld by following established procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ACFI process by documenting information as required.
  • Administer medications to residents following education and support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A passion for caring for others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 months previous experience in aged care.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
