We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Provide respectful, friendly, and empathetic support to residents, assisting them with daily routines such as dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
  • Encourage participation in group activities, events, and social outings, promoting engagement and a sense of community.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses and care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements:

  • Compassion and patience are essential qualities for this role, as you will work closely with residents who may require additional support.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and CNA certification is preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare is an asset, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
