Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our business.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to partner with several diverse business teams and deliver an influential people plan in a growing market.

The ideal candidate will have supported leaders across the full spectrum of HR disciplines, including talent management, culture development, performance improvement, organisation transformation, reward systems, and generalist operational HR requirements.

You will need to be a confident HR Professional who uses your working relationships to advise, influence and challenge partners to deliver their people strategy, following the business objectives. You should also have creative flair and an eye for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance processes.

A key aspect of this role is partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals. This includes providing expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. You will also lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role is preferred. Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices is essential.
