Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance and a proven track record of providing authoritative HR advice.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing authoritative HR advice and assistance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
