Business Partner for Human Resources

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Partner for Human Resources to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to deliver an influential people plan in a diverse and growing market.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance through improving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR best practices and local employment law, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. They will also lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.

  • Strategic HR Business Partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
