Job Title: Director of Human Resources

This role leads a function with impact on the lives of people who care for animals and drives great execution across human resources initiatives, employee relations (ER), and remuneration.
You will ensure our clinics and support offices are places of growth, collaboration, and shared purpose.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Execution: Translate business goals into actionable human resources strategies and drive their flawless implementation.
- Expert ER Advisory: Provide practical and compassionate guidance on complex employee relations matters to leaders.
- Remuneration Excellence: Oversee the compensation and benefits framework to stay competitive and drive high performance.
- Culture & Change: Champion a collaborative, inclusive culture and lead initiatives that foster engagement and the Diversity & Inclusion framework.
- Leadership & Partnership: Lead a team of Business Partners and Advisors to partner with senior leaders, build strong teams, and nurture future leaders.
- Proven history of exceptional execution capability in a senior human resources role.
- Extensive ER advisory experience, managing complex cases and mitigating risk.
- Deep knowledge of remuneration, salary benchmarking, and compensation program management.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
