Job Profile

We are seeking an accomplished HR Leader to oversee our ANZ Human Resources Team.

About the Position
  • Provide strategic human capital management across the entire employee life cycle, encompassing administration, talent acquisition, employee engagement and relations, performance, compensation, benefits and learning.
Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition – Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, screening candidates, interviewing, conducting reference checks and extending job offers.
  • Employee Relations – Provide employees with guidance on policies and procedures and support the resolution of minor employee relation issues.
  • Employee Engagement – Organize engagement activities and events, such as values days and team building activities.
  • HR Administration – Own the administrative aspects of HR, including the HR inbox, HR information system, reporting and compliance.
  • Employee Life Cycle – Manage onboarding and offboarding, support annual initiatives (e.g. compensation reviews, performance reviews and learning and development programs).
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • A tertiary qualification in human resources, commerce, business or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of award interpretation and HR compliance.
  • Proven exposure to the full employee life cycle.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
