Senior Manager, Student Accessibility and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Student Accessibility and Inclusion team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities in higher education and be able to develop and implement personalized learning supports based on students' needs.
About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Student Accessibility & Inclusion will be responsible for leading the implementation of universal design principles into institutional teaching and learning practices and student experience. This role will work closely with faculties and departments across the University's onshore campuses to embed accessibility and inclusion into all aspects of student life.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of personalized learning supports for students with disabilities
- Work with faculties and departments to embed universal design principles into teaching and learning practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote accessibility and inclusion
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Student Accessibility and Inclusion team
The successful candidate will have:
