Based in Launceston, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Projects Lead to join our team. As a key member of the QVMAG management group, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational strategic projects forward.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage change processes, establish robust frameworks and operational models, and develop and implement strategic projects and programs. You will contribute to the delivery of major projects and organisational programs, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Change
    • Develop and implement change strategies that drive business growth and improvement
  • Establish Organisational Frameworks
    • Design and implement effective organisational frameworks and operational models
  • Develop Strategic Projects
    • Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects and programs
  • Contribute to Project Delivery
    • Collaborate with project teams to deliver major projects and organisational programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary Qualifications
    • Possess tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in a cultural institution environment
  • Cultural Policy Understanding
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of cultural policy, strategic direction, and objectives
  • Resource Management Skills
    • Showcase experience in resource management, continuous improvement, and service delivery functions
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package for this role, commensurate with your skills and experience. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on your qualifications and background. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and access to a comprehensive employee assistance program.
