Strategic Programs Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team at the Department of State Growth.

**What You'll Get:
$123,456 - $145,678 per annum, plus 10% superannuation and generous leave entitlements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop strategic approaches to project management and delivery, including procurement strategies, contract administration, grant deed management, and risk management.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with program partners and project consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage resources, oversee all phases of projects, and brief and manage consultants as required.
- Manage financial, information, human, and physical resources of projects in accordance with Government and Departmental policies and guidelines.
- Manage grant deed development and reporting, including critical review of documentation and certification of payments.
- Brief Ministers, Heads of Agency, Sponsors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Represent the Agency in high-level interdepartmental forums.
**Requirements:**
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
