Strategic Loyalty Proposition Developer

This high-profile role will lead the development of innovative loyalty propositions, backed by data, customer research and market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Design and strategy of new loyalty propositions that drive acquisition, engagement and retention
- Use data, insights and customer research to uncover member needs and identify emerging opportunities
- Set the long-term roadmap for the loyalty program in line with customer segmentation and business priorities
- Collaborate across marketing, tech, finance, product, commercial and data teams to bring propositions to life
- Present strategy and updates to senior executives, with strong exposure and visibility across the business
- Proven experience in loyalty strategy, proposition design, or customer strategy
- Experience working on loyalty products to implement an outstanding ecosystem
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen – able to link insight with action
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and influencing capability – comfortable with senior visibility
