Loan Growth Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Loan Growth Specialist to join our high-performing team. This individual will drive loan volume growth, build strong relationships with Mortgage Managers, and provide valuable market feedback to shape our products and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Lending Growth: Identify opportunities to increase loan volume through proactive business development and marketing efforts.
  • Grow Relationships: Build strong relationships with Mortgage Managers to increase loan volume and drive growth.
  • Present Solutions: Develop tailored product solutions to meet the needs of our Third Party Channel clients.
  • Ensure Seamless Service Delivery: Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the Brand: Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide Market Feedback: Share market insights to inform product and process improvements.
About You:
  • Proven Experience: Proven track record as a Relationship Manager within the mortgage lending space.
  • Credit Understanding: Strong understanding of credit, loan structures, and mortgage distribution.
  • Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
