Job Title: Lending Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive consumer lending experience, strong networks and the ability to self-generate new business opportunities. They will also possess a high level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, assessing their needs and developing a holistic view of their situation. You will also have the ability to expand your network, manage leads and achieve targets.

As a Lending Professional, you will make a meaningful impact by helping customers achieve their financial goals while strengthening the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively build a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships and acquiring new customers through strategic networking
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals
  • Strengthen your community presence by building your personal brand, nurturing and leveraging existing relationships and expanding your network through active participation in local events
  • Leverage your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and help future-proof their financial success
