The role requires the ability to manage complex client relationships, fostering open communication and ensuring successful delivery of projects. This involves setting clear expectations, monitoring engagement health, and orchestrating internal teams to meet client needs.
- Manage client expectations and engagement health across various stakeholders.
- Oversee assigned project managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive client satisfaction.
- Develop long-term strategic plans and adoption roadmaps to meet client objectives.
For this position, we are seeking candidates who have experience in managing enterprise customer-facing roles, particularly within SaaS companies. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated expertise in customer engagement management, including escalation management and advocacy.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Technical project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting.
