Strategic Partnership Manager


About the Role:

The Strategic Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer success by driving satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes orchestrating engagement, successful delivery, and beyond.


This strategic position partners closely with sales teams, customer success, support, and product teams on campaigns, programs, and content. The Strategic Partnership Manager will collaborate with sales counterparts to understand customer needs and exceed expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for the job and lead by example, demonstrating values while achieving sales and delivery missions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver value;
  • Identifying opportunities for new services and articulating business value;
  • Performing as a Strategic Partnership Manager with full accountability for meeting/exceeding professional services and training bookings and revenue targets;
  • Consulting with clients to understand partnership scope, requirements, time, cost, and benefits;
  • Driving resolution of delivery challenges and managing expectations.

Strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and implementing solutions are essential for this role. Relevant skills include domain knowledge, customer-facing skills, service delivery, and program management skills.
