
Strategic Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively growing the value of our customer accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and up-sell, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and channel partners.
You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, and contribute to the development of new processes and standards for renewing customers at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an annual quota and hit or exceed growth and churn targets.
- Grow the value of over 200+ accounts across the APAC regions.
- Maintain effective relationships with hardware and software customers, as well as channel partners (dealers).
- Identify opportunities for expansion and up-sell into existing customer accounts.
- Negotiate customer contract terms in partnership with our network of dealers.
- A proven track record of selling B2B software solutions, with experience showcasing product value to customers.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the importance of account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and channel partners.
