Senior Investment Analyst Job Role

We are seeking an accomplished and analytical professional to support key strategic, commercial, and investment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing project cost estimates using established methodologies.

This role involves building and maintaining structured financial models in Excel to forecast costs, revenues, land tax, and income tax projections. The candidate will also provide insights on key financial drivers, risks, and conduct sensitivity analysis to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance and experience in advisory/consulting, investment banking, or large asset-intensive organisations. A background in financial assessments and business valuation is essential, along with strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
